I’m Marius Volkerink, the owner and operator of Commercial Trade Services Queensland (CTSQ). I run a hands-on business that provides commercial building services and maintenance repairs, built on two simple principles: reliability and common sense.
After more than seven years working across the commercial construction and maintenance sector, I started CTSQ to offer clients something that’s increasingly hard to find — a trade who turns up, understands the needs of commercial tenants, and delivers practical solutions without unnecessary complications.

I’ve spent over six years working across the commercial property industry in roles from tradesperson to supervisor and estimator, so I know projects inside and out, from hands-on work to planning and coordination.
I’ve serviced warehouses, retail and shopping centres, and other commercial sites, learning the processes, compliance requirements, and high standards businesses expect. I also specialise in maintenance and repairs, taking care of everything from small fixes to bigger replacements, both inside and out, with a practical, common-sense approach.
After years in the industry and working closely with clients, property owners, and facility managers, I identified a significant gap for a business that offers quality workmanship alongside dependable service and fair pricing in the realm of commercial building services. As a sole trader with low overheads, I can remain highly competitive on price while still upholding high standards of workmanship, safety, and compliance. Clients work directly with me from quote through to completion, ensuring clear communication and controlled costs, particularly for commercial tenants.
